I am actively involved in pharmaceutical product development and research. The areas of my research include Nano-particulate Drug Delivery System, Novel Drug Delivery System , Innovative Drug Delivery System, Chronotherapeutics Drug Delivery System. My prime objectives are research on pharmaceutical sciences, as well as supervisor for undergraduate and postgraduate students on the basic and applied thesis, dissertation, assignments, leading to formulations, papers and related projects. Till date, I have successfully guided 24 numbers of post graduates (Master) and 6 numbers of under graduates (BPharm) students for their research dissertation work. Presently, I am actively engaged with project work on the development of robust protocols for the manufacturing of Nanopharmaceuticals employing pharmacokinetic concept. I have received and completed a  research project entitled ‘Design and Development of Novel Antidiabetic Polymeric Nanoparticles of Metformin Hydrochloride’ under Emerging Researchers Funding Scheme (ERFS) from Taylor’s University Research Grant Scheme (TRGS), Taylor’s University. Received the grant for the research project entitled ‘Design and Development of Second Generation Smarter Nanocrystals for Delivery of Gliclazide’ under Major Grant Scheme (MFS) from Taylor’s University Research Grant Scheme (TRGS), Taylor’s University, Malaysia, which is under progress. Also, received a grant as co- researcher  for the research project entitled ‘Isolation of quassinoids from the roots of Eurycoma longifolia jack using semi–preparative high liquid chromatography method’ under Emerging Researchers Funding Scheme(ERFS) from Taylor’s University Research Grant Scheme(TRGS), Taylor’s University, Malaysia, which is under progress.

One of my research paper entitled “Simple Strategies in Design and Development of Nanopharmaceuticals: Small Scale Research Laboratory Perspective” was conferred with best paper award (1st Position) in Odisha Pharmaceutical Conferences 2012, held at IPT, India. In 2007, research paper entitled ‘Emerging Trend in Chronotherapeutic Drug Delivery System’ recognized as the best research paper (1st prize) at AICTE Sponsored National Seminar, India. I have been equally devoted to my academic experiences in the professional and administrative activities and responsibilities. I have a strong passion for teaching. I worked hard with full enthusiasm whatever I have been assigned in academic and research, to give the best of my performance. I always apply the blended, innovative advanced teaching methodology in delivering of lectures, to achieve excellence in academics. I am a very motivated person and a natural encourager. I enjoy learning what inspires others, trend them and helping them to perform at their highest level. During my academic carrier in pharmaceutical sciences, I have gained valuable experience in leading and guiding the undergraduate (BPharm) and post graduate (MPharm) students for their academics and assignments, project work related to research in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.  I had great opportunity to serve School of Pharmacy, TU since from 2013 in teaching various pharmaceutical modules and research for undergraduate programme. I taught various modules such as Biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics, Drug Disposition (Cardiff module), Formulation Science I and II, Formulation and Product Development, Pharmaceutical Industry Practice and Quality Assurance, Compounding dispensing pharmacy, Physical pharmacy, Radio pharmacy, Veterinary pharmacy, Chemical and Biological Properties of Drug Molecules, Research I and II, to undergraduate students of SOP, TU. I am very much delighted to inform that the overall performance of my teaching methodology and delivering of lectures at Taylor’s University, were highly appreciated and recognized by the students in every spectrum, for which I feel much encouraged. I have received overall 98% positive response (more than 4 out of 5 scale) of students course evaluation and twice as Excellent Teaching Engagement (CL more than 85%) score of TES (AP2015/02, AP2016/01). I feel highly honored for the accomplishment of receiving the ‘Best Teacher Award’ from Roland Institution of pharmaceutical Sciences in year 2012 and ‘Best Lecturer Award-2014’ and ‘Most Dedicated Lecturer Award-2015’ from TUPSS, SOP,TU

I have served in various administrative positions both in India and Malaysia, including an honor of serving Head of the Department (H.O.D) of esteemed Pharmaceutics Department at Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, India and School of pharmacy, Taylor’s University, Malaysia. I have successfully coordinated and organized national level seminar, conference, and Faculty Development Programme for professional development of pharmacy. I have a privilege of receiving life member; associate member and FIC (Fellow of Indian Chemist) by various professional bodies in recognizing my contributions in catering to profession of pharmacy. I have an honor and prerogative of inclusion of my Biography in 30th edition of the Marquis World Who’s Who 2012, published by world’s leading Marquis Who's Who LLC, publications, United Sate of America (US).
