Dr Teh Aun Shih

Dr Teh Aun Shih had graduated with a BSc in Applied Physics (Uni Malaya), MPhil in Microelectronic Engineering & Semiconductor Physics (Uni of Cambridge) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Uni of Cambridge). His key expertise include microelectronics & semiconductors, nanomaterials synthesis, nano-waferfabrication and nanoelectronics. At Taylor’s University he focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) and Data Analytics of IoT systems.
