Dr Camelia May Li Kusumo

Camelia May Li Kusumo is a Senior Lecturer in School of Architecture and Building Design of Taylors University in Malaysia. She is a practitioner and an academic with more than 15 years of experience in research and practice in the fields of Architecture, Urban Design and Design Management. 

She holds a bachelor degree from Universitas Kristen Petra (Indonesia), an MSc and a PhD in Architecture, Urbanism and Building Science from Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands}. She has also extensive experience in large scale property development in Indonesia and Malaysia. Her research interest is particularly in sustainable urban design, mixed-use urban development, hospitality architecture, social housing architecture, retail architecture, transit-oriented development and urban rejuvenation.
