Associate Professor Dr Yang Lai Fong

Associate Professor Dr Nicole Yang Lai Fong currently teaches Communication Theory to undergraduates, and Political Communication to master's students at the School of Media and Communication, Taylor's University, Malaysia. In addition to teaching, she is also involved in dissertation supervision at the graduate level. Dr. Yang's areas of research include framing analysis, media and race, media and conflicts, media and social movements, media and diplomacy, as well as Malaysian vernacular newspapers. She is also the associate editor of SEARCH Journal of Media and Communication Research, which is published by the School of Media and Communication, Taylor's University.
