Associate Professor Dr Chong Wei Ying

Dr Chong Wei Ying is an Associate Professor in Taylor’s Business School who passionate about her works and enjoy meeting with people of diverse culture. Begin her career in retail industry and later joined education industry. She has extensive administrative experience in strategic positioning, customer engagement, program development, operation, and resource allocation. Her research interest includes start up, entrepreneurship, family business, and individual financial behaviour. Much of her research work has been on improving the understanding and performance of entrepreneurs and individual financial behaviour, mainly through the application of motivational theories, statistics, and performance evaluation.
